Job Description

Our client, a major equipment manufacturer and household name, is seeking a Senior UX Researcher with extensive experience facing stakeholders and working end-to-end with skilled cross-functional teams reporting to their Senior UX Research Manager.

Hourly Rate: Up to $61/hour

Duration: 12 months (40 hours/week)

*likely to extend

Location: Chicago, IL

*work in office as needed only, mostly remote

Travel: 0-25%

Experience Required:

• 5+ years of experience across discovery and usability including both qualitative and quantitative research
• Expertise conducting research for complex digital applications/products including ecommerce or complex management softwares
• Experience a cross a range of methods including how to apply them to the product development process
• Expertise across user testing, user interviews (moderated and unmoderated), user journey development, storyboarding, user flows
• Ability to clarify user, customer, and business needs and translate into concepts for compelling interactions and user experience
• Extensive experience facing stakeholders, clear and thoughtful communicator, ability to present research findings to multi-level
• Expertise integrating user research into product design and design practices
• Current/prior recognizable enterprise organization experience
• Portfolio and/or work samples showcasing end to end UXR case studies and examples of how you've led UX research projects from concept to completion
• Proficient within Miro, Dovetail, UserTesting, Airtable, Camtasia, or similar
