Senior Manager of Sterile Processing

Location: Torrance, California, United States (Covering operations in both Torrance and San Pedro , CA)

Employment Type: Full-Time | Onsite

Required Qualifications:

• Education:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a Healthcare-related field (Required)
• Certification (any one of the following required upon hire):
• National Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) – HSPA
• National Certified Sterile Processing and Distribution Technician – CBSPD
• National Certified Instrument Specialist – HSPA
• National Certified Surgical Instrument Specialist – CBSPD
• Experience:
• Minimum 7 years of work experience in Sterile Processing
• Minimum 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role within a hospital sterile processing department
• Minimum 3 years managing budgets and staff
• Demonstrated ability in staff development, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional leadership

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Proven leadership in high-volume hospital environments
• Deep understanding of sterilization protocols, surgical instrumentation, and infection control standards
• Effective communicator and relationship builder across clinical and operational teams
• Ability to analyze data and manage budgets effectively
• Passion for quality, safety, and continuous improvement in patient care support services
