Program Manager (Non-Tech 2)

About the Role

Agility Partners is seeking a Program Manager (Non-Tech 2) to support campus operations for a major technology client in Hillsboro. In this role, you will lead site-level activities including event management, hackathons, university partnerships, and community engagement programs. You’ll collaborate with internal stakeholders, volunteers, and local universities to deliver impactful initiatives that foster employee connection and strengthen community relationships. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to high-visibility programs for one of the world’s leading technology companies, combining your skills in event planning, project coordination, and office operations to create memorable experiences and ensure seamless site operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute site-wide events such as hackathons, volunteer programs, and employee activations.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with local universities (Portland State, Oregon State), coordinating mentorship and resume review programs.
  • Serve as the onsite lead for office management and daily operational support.
  • Manage event logistics including vendor sourcing, volunteer coordination, floor plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Support business operations by preparing PowerPoint decks, tracking projects in Excel, and assisting with business management activities.
  • Travel occasionally (up to once per quarter) to university campuses for partnership activities.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of event management experience (planning, logistics, execution).
  • 2+ years of project management experience (tracking, reporting, stakeholder coordination).
  • 2+ years of onsite office management or operational support experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently in fast-paced, in-person environments.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
