TE Certified is an outstanding growing home service company with an opening for a seasoned lead HVAC Warranty Technician. We are looking for technician ready to take their career to the next level. The position requires someone with 10 yrs+ of experience repairing or replacing residential HVAC systems. The schedule is dayshift, Monday – Friday with rotating Saturday hours, 40 hours/wk plus overtime pay. NO ON-CALL, NO SUNDAYS, AND NO TRAVEL.

Requirements:

• Positive, friendly, courteous, and kind attitude with great customer service skills.
• Master knowledge of troubleshooting HVAC issues such as basic low voltage, refrigerant, communicating equipment faults, and airflow.
• A proven history of quality troubleshooting with 15 or more years of experience at an HVAC company.
• Clear understanding of duct work, zoning, and communicating systems.
• Evaluate overall system installations and identify any code-related, safety, or comfort issues.
• Be able to repair issues on the job the same day to ensure customer satisfaction and comfort.
• Coordinate with Install Supervisors, Install crews, and management.
• Be able to coach or train others.
• Residency within 35 miles of our Kennesaw office.
• Be willing to work occasional Saturdays.
• Be willing to attend training and classes.
• Experience with a smart device and technical ability. Service Titan experience is a plus!
• Excellent professional & personal references.
• Ability to pass a background, MVR, and drug screening, and to maintain a drug-free lifestyle.
• Physical ability to lift over 70 lbs and climb up and down a ladder on a regular basis. Standing for long periods of time, extensive kneeling, squatting, and stooping.
