Job Description

We are seeking a truly hands-on and passionate Executive Administrative Assistant who loves to organize, thrives in fast-paced environments, and takes pride in being a trusted right hand. This role is ideal for someone who’s naturally assertive, has a hands-on attitude and committed to excellence. A great sense of humor is essential, as is a passion for being a trusted right-hand and culture carrier within the office. This role navigates seamlessly between business and personal support, with a primary emphasis on executive and team-facing responsibilities. You’ll also assist with house management projects, including a major renovation and construction initiatives across Los Angeles and Malibu. In this position, you’ll become an integral part of the founder’s daily operations and a small but mighty team, ensuring both the office and household run smoothly.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage a fast-moving calendar and triage high-volume email communications
  • Plan and coordinate complex travel and prepare polished expense reports
  • Oversee internal events: help organize team outings, offsites, holiday parties, and culture-building activities
  • Maintain a shared calendar of company events, key dates, and team milestones
  • Act as communication hub—liaising across teams, external vendors, and internal stakeholders
  • Support ongoing projects, vendor coordination, and light research
  • Manage office logistics and assist with firm-wide initiatives
  • Coordinate household vendors, contractors, and renovation timelines
  • Book personal travel with concierge-level precision
  • Handle purchases, home organization, and design-related projects
  • Manage guest lists, logistics, and planning for personal events
  • Maintain complete confidentiality and trust across all personal matters

You’ll Thrive in This Role If You:

  • Bring 5+ years in an EA/PA role ideally with both corporate and household support
  • Are highly assertive, proactive, and confident in a fast-paced setting
  • Can manage multiple priorities with elegance and ease
  • Communicate clearly, effectively, and with emotional intelligence
  • Consider yourself to be slightly Type A and take pride in your organizational skillset
  • Have a proven track record coordinating both internal and external events and have a natural eye for detail and aesthetics

Compensation & Benefits:

$90,000–$100,000 base salary plus bonus eligible + Comprehensive medical, dental & vision
