Vincennes University is seeking a visionary Executive Director of Human Resources to join its leadership team and drive a culture of excellence, innovation, and inclusivity across the institution.
Vincennes University (VU) is a premier public institution committed to student success and community impact. As the Executive Director of Human Resources, you will serve as a key advisor to the President and sit on the executive leadership team (cabinet), leading HR strategy and operations across all campuses. This is a high-impact role with responsibility for recruitment, employee relations, policy development, DEI, HR systems, change management, compensation and benefits, and organizational development.
Reporting directly to the President, the Executive Director of Human Resources will lead and empower a dedicated HR team while shaping people-centered programs that align with VU’s mission, vision, and values. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR executive to contribute to a meaningful mission and support building structure, innovation and elevate the employee experience.
This role works onsite at the administrative offices on the main campus of Vincennes University, located in Vincennes, IN .
