We’re seeking a motivated Driver Recruiter to join our team and help us grow our fleet with skilled and experienced drivers.

Position Overview

As a Driver Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring OTR and End Dump truck drivers. You’ll utilize job boards, referrals, postings, advertisements, and networking strategies to build a steady pipeline of qualified drivers.

Key Responsibilities

Recruit and hire qualified OTR and End Dump drivers.
Use job boards, referrals, job postings, and advertising campaigns to source candidates.
Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess experience, safety record, and cultural fit.
Ensure drivers meet DOT and company compliance requirements (MVR, background, drug screening).
Maintain a strong recruiting pipeline and track hiring goals.
Build positive relationships with drivers and create a great candidate experience.
Collaborate with operations and safety teams to align recruiting efforts with fleet needs.

Qualifications

Experience in driver recruiting or trucking industry preferred.
Knowledge of OTR and End Dump driver requirements.
Familiarity with DOT/FMCSA compliance standards.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with job boards, ATS systems, and Microsoft Office.
High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
