What You'll Do:

  • Manage clinical operations and nursing staff in a long-term care setting
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality resident care and supervise evening shift staff
  • Maintain compliance with facility policies, procedures, and all applicable regulations
  • Respond to emergencies, monitor resident conditions, and ensure proper documentation
  • Communicate effectively with families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team
  • Participate in quality improvement efforts and attend clinical meetings
  • Serve as a resource for staff during the shift

What You'll Need:

  • Active and current RN or LPN license in the state of Florida (required)
  • Graduation from an accredited RN or LPN program (required)
  • Three to five years of experience in long-term care and management (required)
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team (preferred)
  • Applicants for this position must be able to produce a negative drug test
