Job Description

Assistant to CEO Location Naples, FL (Old Naples area) :

The primary goal of Stepping Stone Kids Therapy is to provide services to children and their families with quality care using ABA, Occupational, and Speech therapies in a variety of settings to create individualized care and ensure the desired outcomes.

This position completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for the CEO including: scheduling; reviewing, prioritizing and responding to emails; answering and returning phone calls; organizing documents; maintaining records; taking notes at meetings and any other administrative tasks that help the executive perform their job. In addition, handle supplies and ordering company materials, handle corporate functions, birthdays etc.
