Job Description

We are looking for someone who understands and is familiar with

24/7 EMERGENCY SERVICES. Someone who has a sense of urgency and can work in a fast-paced environment. This person must be flexible and be able to support various divisions at any given time with or without notice. Must be able to effectively time manage their desk on their own so deadlines or meeting deadlines are never missed. This position requires an individual who can work independently and has initiative. We also want someone who is a strong communicator and is not afraid to ask for help either.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative assistance to Regional Manager, Office Manager, and Project Management team.
  • Emergency Service dispatch
  • Answering and directing incoming calls
  • Assist in daily crew logistics and dispatch
  • Assist in inventory management
  • Assist in fleet management
  • Assist in expense management for operations team
  • Perform quality control calls and resolutions
  • Schedule follow up Inspections
  • Interface with external clients and internal teams
  • Scanning and managing electronic documents/files
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Job tracking updates
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word and Excel)
  • Bi-Lingual mandatory
  • 2+ years experience in an administrative support role or receptionist role
  • Interpersonal skills and customer service experience
  • Verbal and written communication skills to interact clearly with customers, vendors, and other employees
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Quick-study and technology savvy
